Michael Cohen, MD is an Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery at the Boston University School of Medicine and an attending surgroen at the VA Medical Center - Boston, practicing General Otolaryngology with a focus on the surgical treatment of OSA in both adults and children. At both BMC and the VA he started hypoglossal nerve stimulator implant programs. Research interests are focused on sleep apnea and snoring, as well as social determinant of health. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Cornell University and graduated from medical school at the University of Pennsylvania. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Boston Medical Center in 2014, and joined the faculty upon graduating.
