Betty S. Tsai Do, MD, FACS is a neurotologist at The Permanente Medical Group, the largest medical group in the country. Prior to joining TPMG in 2019, she served as an Associate Professor at the University of Oklahoma. While her practice mostly focuses on otology/neurotology, she has a passion for physician wellness and optimizing physician practices to minimize burnout as well as evidence-based medicine. She currently serves as the chair for the Practice Management Education Committee and participates in guideline development with the AAO-HNS.
