Many of the practice management decisions we have to make are outside our expertise and comfort zone. We present a lively discussion of the key issues that will help make your practice transition a success.

This Panel Presentation will illuminate major topics an Otolaryngologist needs to understand to start a practice, join an existing single- or multi-specialty clinic, or accept an academic position. Presenters have extensive experience in private practice, group practice, and academic medicine, and will give their perspectives on building a successful career in Otolaryngology.
