Luiz Paulo Kowalski MD, PhD is Professor and Chairman of the Head and Neck Surgery Department at the University of Sao Paulo Medical School in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He is Head of the Reference Center on Head and Neck Tumors, at A C Camargo Cancer Center in Sao Paulo. He is also Past-President of both the Brazilian Head and Neck Surgery Society and the International Academy of Oral Oncology.
