Basheer Alismail is the CEO and Founder of Monument Health Advisors, a healthcare consulting firm focused on small to mid-size specialist group support. He is also the Co-Founder and Vice Chairman of Capital Surgical Solutions, an ASC investment and management company focused on physician-controlled surgery center strategies.
Prior to Monument Health Advisors, Basheer served as a Group Vice President of Operations at Surgical Care Affiliates, one of the nation’s largest ASC operating companies. During his time as GVP, he led a team of business and clinical professionals overseeing more than 40 ASCs across 6 states. Prior to operations, Basheer served in other various roles during his 13-year tenure at SCA including finance, revenue cycle, and supply chain.
Basheer is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham where he received his bachelor’s degree in financial management.
