I am a graduate of Uniformed Services University of the Healt Sciences medical school, and completed residency training in Otolaryngology head and neck surgery at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, Virginai.
I subsequently completed a fellowship in head and neck surgery at the Methodist Hospital in Indiana. After completing my career and time in United States Navy, I joined the faculty at Eastern Virginia medical school. I taught and practiced there for nearly 23 years, and retired in November 2022.
