Beatrice Bacon, BS is a current third-year medical student at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo. Born and raised in Alabama, New York, she graduated summa cum laude from the University at Buffalo, where she majored in biomedical sciences and minored in public health. She is passionate about mentorship and female empowerment in medicine, serving as the co-president of her medical school's chapters of both the American Medical Women's Association and the Association of Women Surgeons.
