Brittny Tillman, MD, FACS is an Asociate Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.

Dr. Tillman specializes in all aspects of head and neck oncology and microvascular reconstructive surgery with a special interest in high risk cutaneous malignancy. She completed both her residency and fellowship at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Dr. Tillman serves as the head and neck fellowship director and plays an active role in resident education. She serves on multiple AAO-HNSF committees including the head and neck surgery education committee, microvascular committee, and women in otolaryngology leadership and development committee.
