Rafael De Cicco, MD PhD is a head and neck, oncologic and robotic surgeon. He is actually the chief of the head and neck surgical department at Instituto de Câncer Dr. Arnaldo. Dr. De Cicco is also a fellow of the Brazilian Head and Neck Society, Brazilian Surgical Oncology Society, Latin American Thyroid Society and American Academy of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery.
