I am Samuel A. Spear, MD, Colonel MC US Air Force. Board certified in both Otolaryngology and Neurotology. I currently serve as the Chief of the DoD Hearing Center of Excellence, within the Defense Health Agency, located at Joint Base San Antonio, TX. I am an Associate Professor, Department of Surgery with the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS), Bethesda MD.
