Sonya Malekzadeh MD, FACS is Professor of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Georgetown University School of Medicine, Residency Program Director of the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at MedStar Georgetown Hospital and Assistant Chief of Surgery at the Washington DC Veteran's Administration Medical Center. Dr. Malekzadeh's research interests focus on medical education and simulation training, including evaluating the role of low-cost task trainers in otolaryngology.
