I'm Aynur Aliyeva, an ENT Surgeon and Neuroscience Ph.D. from Turkey. I am currently working as an Otolaryngology Research Ass. in the Division of Pediatric Otolaryngology at Cincinnati Children's Hospital, OH, USA
I graduated from medical school (MD) at Azerbaijan Medical University with an Excellent Diploma (Honors) in 2010 and obtained my first Otorhinolaryngology specialization from Azerbaijan in 2011. I commenced residency education at the Izmir Bozyaka Education and Research Hospital Department of ORL-HNS in Turkey in 2014-2019.
After my residency education, I had an opportunity to attend a clinical visiting scholarship program at the Cleveland Clinic with Prof.Dr.Michael S. Benninger in 2017; The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center with Prof.Dr.Carl H.Snyderman in 2019, and Stanford University with Prof.Dr. Nikolas Blevins in 2021.
I get my Otology-Neurotology Clinical Fellowship in Seoul St.Mary Hospital, South Korea under Prof.Shi Nae Park's guidance
As an Otorhinolaryngologist and Neuroscientist, I am greatly interested in conducting clinical and basic science research. I was awarded the "Best International Oral Presentation" for the "Post COVID 19:Tinnitus and Equilibrium Disorders" own designed study in ICORL- Korean International Otorhınolaryngology Congress on 21-24 April 2022, KINTEX. South Korea.My master thesis about ‘Investigation Of The Effect Of Sudden Hearing Loss On Vestibular Tests. Also, in my Neuroscience Doctoral program, I designed ‘’Mouse Model of the Behavioral Changes in Meniere's Disease’’ and ‘’Neuroinflammation and Neuroplasty in Vestibular Neuritis.’’
