Dr. Jason Tasoulas, is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Otolaryngology at the University of North Carolina, working under Drs Wendell G. Yargrough and Trevor G. Hackman. Dr. Tasoulas is doubly qualified in Medicine and Dentistry, and will be soon defending his PhD in Cancer Research. He is interested in pursuing clinical training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. His research focuses on head & neck cancer, including basic, translational and clinical research in HPV+ head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and adenoid cystic carcinoma. He has received funding from the State of North Carolina and the European Union.
