Ahmad J. Kasabali was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana where he attended Centenary College of Louisiana and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and Neuroscience with Departmental Honors distinction. He is a current medical student at Louisiana State University Health – Shreveport where he serves on the class executive counsel as Treasurer and is the President of the student led Otolaryngology Interest Group. Ahmad fosters a strong interest in comprehensive otolaryngology. In addition to his academic duties, Ahmad currently conducts research under the mentorship of Dr. Cherie-Ann Nathan studying the role of Fibroblast-Growth Factor Receptor-2 (FGFR2) in the treatment of squamous cell skin carcinoma.
