Natalia M. Hajnas, MD is a 5th year otolaryngology resident at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). She earned her medical degree at UIC with AOA and GHHS honors. She has a passion for quality improvement and patient safety. Her research interests include outcomes-based research, all things head and neck (impact of nutrition, survival outcomes, etc) and women in surgery. Next year, she will continue her training in head and neck oncologic and microvascular reconstructive surgery as a fellow at UT Southwestern.
