Richard Lu, MD MBA MSc is a Resident Physician at the combined NYP-Columbia/Cornell Otolaryngology Residency Program in New York City. His clinical interests focus on Facial Plastic & Reconstuctive Surgery and Laryngology. Prior to residency, Richard completed his medical training at Harvard Medical School and received his MBA and MSc in Global Health and Epidemiology at Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar. He is passionate about working at the intersection of clinical medicine and business, and spent two years at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager advising global health, public health, payor, provider, med tech, and life sciences institutions on strategic planning and organizational development initiatives. Outside of work, you can find him traveling, surfing, and learning a new (probalby Italian) recipe.
