Rachel Kominsky, MD is an Assistant Professor in the Laryngology Division at Montefiore Medical Center and The Albert Einstein School of Medicine in the Bronx, NY. She attended medical school at Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA and completed her residency training in Cleveland, OH at University Hospitals - Cleveland Medical Center/Case Western Reserve University. She then obtained her Laryngology Fellowship training at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, NY under Dr. Mark Courey and Dr. Peak Woo. She joined the Otorhinolaryngology Department at Montefiore in the Laryngology Division in the Fall of 2022 with special focus in voice, airway, swallowing, and transgender voice care. Her research interests include innovation in medical education and access to voice-related care for marginalized groups.
