Alec Chang is a third-year medical student currently pursuing his education at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA. Originally from Chicago, IL, he obtained a BA in Biological Sciences from Northwestern University, fueling his passion for medicine. Driven by a desire to explore the medical field, Alec spent his post-graduate years to the Gosain Plastic Surgery and Craniofacial Biology lab at Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. This experience provided him with invaluable insights into the fascinating world of plastic surgery and craniofacial biology.
Alec's interest in Otolaryngology stems from the field's diverse range of surgical procedures and exciting opportunities. However, it is his love for working with the pediatric population and the far-reaching impact it can have that draws him towards pediatric ENT. At Tufts Medical Center, Alec has had the privilege of collaborating with professionals, Dr. Andrew Scott and Dr. Christian Soneru, on various ENT research projects.
