Dr. Aaron Friedman is a laryngologist and Associate Professor of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. His clinical interests and expertise are in surgical management of voice and airway disorders including early glottic cancer / glottic dysplasia, recurrent respiratory papillomatosis (RRP), phonomicrosurgery, vocal fold paralysis, and laryngotracheal stenosis.
