VInciya Pandian is an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, Associate Professor, and Assistant Dean at the Johns Hopkins University. She worked as a tracheostomy nurse practitioner in the ICUs for over 10 years and is internationally known for her work with tracheostomy care. She published over 100 manuscripts on airway management.
