Dr. Will Harrill is active in health policy, serving as clinical advisor for the PACES Center for Value in Healthcare, committee member on the Physician Payment Policy (3P) workgroup committee of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, and is the co-founder and co-chair of the North Carolina Otolaryngology Health Policy Advisory Committee (OHPAC). He maintains an active clinical/surgical practice within Carolina ENT-Sinus and Allergy Center where he served as President & CEO for 18 years.
Dr. Harrill is published within health policy and clinical research focusing on utilization trends within specialty care. He holds clinical appointments within the departments of Otolaryngology both at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine and Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Health. Within the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery Dr. Harrill serves as an oral broad examiner and served 3 years on the Thesis Committee for The Triological Society.
