Dr Jessica Lee attained her medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center and completed her Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. After several years of building a thriving private practice, Dr. Lee achieved a second board certification in Lifestyle Medicine and currently serves as a medical editor for Everyday Health. She has coauthored books, contributed to periodicals such as ENT Today, participated in several podcasts, and was recently awarded Castle Connolly "Top Doctor". Dr. Lee is also the co-founder and medical director of the Keto Hope Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. In her free time, Dr Lee enjoys strength training, cooking, surfing, reading and spending time with her husband and two children.
