John Russell is a consultant pediatric otolaryngologist at Children's Health Ireland (Crumlin), Clinical Professor at University College Dublin, and Associate Clinical Professor at Trinity College Dublin. He is Past President of the European society of Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology (ESPO) and Past Secretary General of the Confederation of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (CEORL-HNS). He is also President of the 7th Congress of the Confederation of European Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Dublin 2024. He is now an associate editor of the International Journal Of Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology (IJPORL).
