Andrea De Vito MD, PhD is Director of Otorhinolaryngology Unit at Ravenna & Lugo Hospitals, Health Local Agency of Romagna, Italy. He has a National Scientific License for Associated and Full Professor and a PhD in Sleep Medicine.
He received his medical degree and ENT specialization from the University of Pisa, Italy. Dr. De Vito is an expert in the field of Sleep-Disordered Breathing (SDB), with hundreds of studies published focusing on Snoring and Obstructive Sleep Apnea pathophysiology, diagnosis and treatment. He is also one of the Authors of European Position Paper on Drug-Induced Sleep Endoscopy (DISE) (2014) and its update (2017).
As head and neck surgeon, he is a deep experience in the field of head and neck oncology, specifically about robotic surgery.
Recently, he and his group is growing experience with bimodal cochlear implant and sinchronous activation.
