Molly Heft Neal, MD is an assistant professor in the department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Michigan. She completed her medical school training at the University of Pittsburgh followed by residency at the University of Michigan. There she completed a T32 research fellowship studying tumor heterogeneity and translational biomarkers in head and neck cancer. She then completed her fellowship in advanced head and neck surgical oncology and microvascular reconstruction at Washington University in Saint Louis. She subsequently joined the division of head and neck oncology and microvascular surgery as a surgeon scientist at the Univserity of Michigan.
