Noor-E-Seher Ali MD is currently a PGY4 resident physician in the Department Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. A native of California she obtained her medical degree from Aga Khan University in Karachi, Pakistan. She then spent 3 years in Dr. Anthony Ricci's lab at Stanford University studying auditory physiology before starting Otolaryngology residency at SIU. Dr. Ali’s research interests include social media and medicine and gender disparity in medicine. Dr. Ali has served as the SRF program representive for SIU for the last 3 years. She was also recently appointed to the WIO communications committee.
