Chadi A Makary, MD is an Associate Professor of Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery at West Virginia University, Morgantown WV. He currently serves as the Chief of Rhinology, Medical Director of Quality and Performance Improvement, and Vice Chair of Clinical Services at WVU Medicine. He received his Bachelor of Science degree and his Medical Doctorate from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon. Dr. Makary completed his internship in General Surgery at Mayo Clinic Arizona and then completed his residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at West Virginia University. He then completed a Fellowship in Rhinology and Anterior Skull Base Surgery at Medical College of Georgia-Augusta University in Augista Ga. Dr. Makary’s clinical interests include the medical and surgical management of nasal and sinus disorders, and skull base surgery in both children and adults. He is a fellow of the American Rhinologic Association as well as the American College of Surgeons.
