Dr. Oswaldo A. Henriquez was born in Caracas, Venezuela where he received his Medical School Diploma from the Luis Razetti Medical School at the Universidad Central de Venezuela in 2004. He completed his residency training in Atlanta, Georgia at Emory University in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery. He continued his training by taking part in a one-year fellowship in Rhinology-Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. Since 2013, Dr. Henriquez serves as an Associate Professor within the Emory School of Medicine Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery with his clinical practice at Grady Memorial Hospital. He serves as the Director of Medical Education for the Otolaryngology Department, Co-Director of the Grady Skull Base Surgery Center, and Associate Chief for the Division of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Grady Memorial Hospital. He is also an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor for the Department of Surgery at
Morehouse School of Medicine. His clinical interests include sinonasal diseases, endonasal endoscopic approaches to the anterior skull base, craniomaxillofacial trauma, and endocrine surgery. His research interests include health care disparities, craniomaxillofacial trauma, and skull base surgery.
