Brandon S. Gold, MD, is a current PGY-1 with the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Rutgers-NJMS. He recieved his MD at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and graduated with Distinction in Research. Prior to medical school, Brandon completed his undergraduate degree at Cornell University where he majored in Economics. Brandon’s particular research interests include investigating the impact of HPV genotype on outcomes in patients with HPV-associated head and neck cancer and exploring the diagnostic and prognostic value of circulating tumor DNA in HPV-associated oropharyngeal cancer.
