Dr. Constanza J. Valdés Pérez is an Associate Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at Universidad de Chile, she is an accomplished Otorhinolaryngologist specializing in Rhinology and Skull Base Surgery. She plays an active role in educating and trainging future generation of Otorhinolaryngologists.
Dr. Valdés completed her clinical rhinology fellowship at McGill University, where she had the privilege of training under the guidance of esteemed experts, Dr. Marc Tewfik and Dr. Mark Samaha. This fellowship experience further honed her skills and expertise in the field of rhinology and endoscopic skull base surgery.
Currently, Dr. Valdés holds positions at two renowned healthcare institutions: Hospital del Salvador and Clinica Las Condes. Her primary focus at these institutions revolves around providing specialized care in rhinology and endoscopic skull base surgery. With her comprehensive knowledge and technical proficiency, she is dedicated to offering the highest level of patient care.
In addition to her clinical commitments, Dr. Valdés is actively engaged in research, with a particular interest in two key areas, (but not limited to): topical treatment for chronic rhinosinusitis and surgical simulation.
