Nick Sahlollbey is a passionate fourth-year medical student with a special interest in Otolaryngology. Currently enrolled at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Medicine, Nick has demonstrated exceptional academic achievements, including graduating with a near 4.0 GPA and receiving various academic scholarships and awards. He is known for his valuable contributions to the medical community, such as developing a comprehensive library of over 10,000 flashcards based on his local curriculum, benefiting a significant portion of his peers. Nick is an active member of the Ottawa Curriculum Renewal Working Group, collaborating with faculty members and patient-partners to design a comprehensive curriculum focused on society, individual, and medicine. With a strong research background, Nick has been involved in various projects, investigating topics such as human papillomavirus-related malignancies, transsphenoidal pituitary surgery, and the long-term outcomes of myringotomy with tympanostomy tube insertion in children with cleft palate.
