Introduction: A case report of thyroid cancer that contained Undifferentiated carcinoma of the thyroid, hypofractionated carcinoma, and papillary carcinoma.
It is very rare to concurrent three different pathologies of thyroid cancer in Japan.

Methods: We resected anaplastic thyroid cancer with tracheal invasion and performed a one-time reconstruction.

Results: The tumor contained three different pathologies.

Conclusions: To our knowledge, it is the first report of thyroid cancer with three different pathologies in Japan.
