Introduction: Pediatric airway surgery experience in a resource constraint country .
Methods: Case series . Including subglottic stenosis , tracheal stenosis , traumatic Laryngotracheal seperation , respiratory papillamatosis and laryngomalacia.
Results: Short embedded vidoes of surgicalmanagement of these cases and outcome will be shared. The technical challenges and importance of observership based experience will be highlighted.
Conclusions: With strong will and some form of mentorship and laison with centres of international repute like Cincinnati Childrens , a lot can be acheived and at least basic airway procedures can be done .
